How are products shipped?
Most orders are delivered within ONE week from the purchase date. If your order is not received within 2 weeks, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to investigate and resolve the issue.
Express shipping option is also available for some products and when it is available, you will be contacted and provided with the tracking number.
Is free shipping available?
Shipping is FREE for all orders over $200, shipped to a North American address.
What is your Return Policy?
You may return most of the purchased products within 5 days of receipt. However, any items marked "final sale" are non-refundable and may not be returned. Products are returnable if you received:
the wrong products,
items damaged in transit.
- items found defective upon receipt.
To ship the item back to us unused and sealed in its original packaging, with all original parts and accessories included, please ensure items are well packed by using original packing material (if applicable). Customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. We may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective products, and will be determined on a case-by-case basis. We recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation.
When returned product is received, it is inspected thoroughly. The product is eligible for return if it meets the following:
Product is in original manufacturing packaging
Product must be complete with all standard original Labels.
Product serial number must match the one on the package or invoice.
Products must be free from any type of damage (including but limited to scratches, cracks, abuse, etc.)
Products labeled with a security seal, must have the seal intact and not tampered with.
In case the returned product doesn’t meet the requirements, customer will be acknowledged of the reason and the product is returned back to the customer. If the purchase qualifies for a refund, we will refund the amount you paid shortly after your properly returned shipment has been processed. Applicable shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.
We take your privacy very seriously and will not divulge any information about you to any third party. We do not store any credit card information at all; payment is handled entirely by our Payment Gateway.
We do use Google Analytics to track the effectiveness of our site and to make sure that the customer experience is optimal. This includes tracking customers who arrive from advertising placed with Google. This shows us only the effectiveness of our advertising and does not reveal any personal data about our customers.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
What security measures are on your site?
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
